 Fancy a pint |
How it all started My inspiration for running was kindled with the New York Marathon, and my epic duel with P-Diddy.
I was glad to find a club which took athletic performance seriously, by organising a series of drinking expeditions in nearby towns just before important races.
Beer is full of carbs, apparantly. |

My younger days Born in Tamworth, I always had a love of long days out in the countryside.
This would often involve me getting lost and driving my parents crazy. |

Running with hats on If you are going to run a marathon, why not wear a silly hat?
Better still, go on a 10 mile site seeing tour the day before, and queue for over an hour to see the Statue of Liberty?
I loved it all really.
And then, of course, there is the Bob Graham Round ..... |
