Michael Wood

I'm one of the older Dewsbury Road Runners, there are only two older members. I joined in 1990 to try and improve my running, therefore helping to improve my orienteering, I had been taking part in Orienteering events during the 80's. It did improve my running but my orienteering didn't alter a lot.
My brother was also a member at the time but I had only been there a year or two and he packed in running.
