I have only recently joined the club, and I am new to running, and boy does it show! I do aim to improve though. Many moons ago when I was much younger, I used to compete in the pool, however I do find running much more challenging. Probably due to the fact I am now old and knackered! Hopefully though; many fun times ahead and lots of PBs..

I love the outdoor life, and walking in beautiful countryside has been one of my favourite ways of relaxing for many years. From the Cairngorms in Scotland to the Austrian Alps. It's a real therapeutic passtime..

Bradford 10k

Had to pull out of this race due to the injury I picked up while training with the club. Very frustrated! I have had surgery on my calf and will be out until Feb/Mar 2013 at the earliest...
