Barnsley 10K

I have been a runner, on and off, since 1990. After taking early retirement, running has played a bigger part in my life.

In August last year, I decided to join a running club. The object was to be more sociable both during and in between runs. Joining 'Dewsbury Road Runners' has ticked both those boxes, and many more too.

I would urge anyone thinking of joining a club to give 'Dewsbury Road Runners' a try. Regardless of your ability, the committee, captains and members will make you very welcome.
